I bought the performersoft ware and my computer shut down. I need to get a new computer but meanwhile my old old computer is working and has security on it and I want to get credit on my charge card. I called within 24 hours to exolain and waited 30 minutes on phone no one came on line. I did the same thing the next day and no one came on the phone. I kept waiting and waiting.
