I have just purchased ErrorEND, a software product sold on the internet advertised through google to be the 'right tool to end your pc troubles' as I have a problem with my pc which has just surfaced and is seriously affecting the delivery of my emails. The Microsoft error number is 554 Message not allowed - [320] [BODY]
Google came up with a product which said they would be able to fix my particular problem.
Their scan came up with 1276 errors to be found on my pc. I clicked the fix errors button and the display shows that you can do the fixes required on your computer if you register. So I clicked on register and then of course I had to pay to get the registration key to unlock the program. I felt sure that it would be OK as I paid through PAYPAL and the software company had an advertising contract with Google. ErrorEND sent me an email saying

I entered the key into the ErrorEnd scan box and the scanner appeared to be scanning my files. At the end the 1276 problems came up as fixed which sounded good.

The only tab that works on the display window is the email button; none of the other tabs work. I found a “comments” box under contact us and have complained twice about the programme not doing what was claimed and suggesting that it was a total scam but of course had no reply.

I feel that Microsoft is in part responsible as it is they who conjour up thes error messages out of the blue but offer no support, no indication as to why the error has arisen and no way to contact them with regards to fixing the problem; no one there is prepared to step up to the plate!
