I have been getting billed by tthis company for at least 3 months and whenever I try to call to cancel I get the message that the phone number has not been connected. I am now going to try to send them a letter to cancel and will send it both certified RRR and regular mail. Who can people contact directly to file a complaint?

- I signed up a few days ago for an Trial offer,Everything was fine until I tried to cancel.I called my bank and let them know I made a mistake and entered a scam.Please block payment and remove them from my account.I also ordered a new bank card.The bank dismissed the stop payment fee and the new card fee.Try that.
