Ordered $4.95 introductory offer on Nov17,2012.Unit was received on Nov28,2012. Upon opening box I found merchandise was damaged.
According to return instructions,I called 800-873-5508 to get a RAN number for return authorization. I also asked the representative to close out my account as I would be returning the kit.Kit was shipped back next day at cost of$12.56.All within the 30 day warranty period.
On Dec 8,2012, I received the package back undelivered with the following notice:"undeliverable as addressed/forwarding order expired".
