My husband and I were awoken at 12:22am by my cellphone announcing I had a text message. Reading it, I guessed this was some kind of promotion. After going to the website TargetWinner.com and seeing the same text message another person had received I knew I had been targeted for a scam and was disgusted. Several similar recent phone calls on my land line had been annoying. This is becoming a concern. My husband and I are dealing with significant health issues and do not want the stress this is causing.
