I ordered a North Face Jacket for my son for Xmas. I had him try it on and it wasn't what he was looking for. Wanted something heavier. I have all the paper work to send it back but there is no address to send the return. I have tried email and phone to get the return address and have been ignore. I guess I have to chalk it up to my own stupidity to think this was too good a deal to pass up..The jacket was a fake as I have learned from my son's friend.
