I just ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas that she found on Pintrest and which directed her to http://www.sheinside.com. Literally minutes after ordering I received an email that included a “tracking” number, and to click on a link within the email to track my order. So, when I did that and entered the tracking number, my shipping status simply said, “Paid.” So I found a chat link on the website at the bottom of the page and when I hit SEND, up popped a bunch of what were other people’s chat session questions, all which were not positive! Then I found ANOTHER chat online line at the TOP of the web page and clicked on it, and that did get me to an actual live person.

So, when I asked about the tracking/shipping issue, the agent informed me that I would get the “actual” tracking info in a week via email. I explained that I’d paid for “Express Shipping” of 5-7 business days, and the agent informed me that it takes http://www.sheinside.com a MINIMUM of 5-7 business days to “prepare” the item, BEFORE it’s actually shipped out!!! So, after explaining that what they’re doing is completely fraudulent, I told her to cancel my order immediately and asked for an actual phone number to confirm my cancelation (which the agent said will not be “confirmed” for 3-5 business days, and I'll receive it via email when it’s processed – although the purchase was IMMEDIATELY charged to my visa through the website's PayPal and has already shown up on my account). She did provide a phone number (+86 2566034123), so we’ll see if it works tomorrow during business hours!

I would not ever recommend this site to anyone!
