International boundaries
Yahoo! had an article on its home page about bidrack, saying it was Amarillo TX based. I thot "What the heck" My experience was the same as everyone else's to the tune of two charges--$99.00 and $60.00. Nothing on Yahoo's page about it being a scam. Nothing on Bidrack's site about charging before any bid was won! It said there would be no charge until the bid was won.

- They won't refund your money unless you can prove that somebody else used your identity. Don't get suckered into bidding because you think you have no way out. That just allows them to say you accepted the deal. Thieves have a no refund policy. Don't do business with this company.

- I contacted [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. Also contacted their Sales and Marketing director [email protected] and replied to replies of their automated system, creating more and more tickets. I think their website was broken during June...?? I DID get my refund. I continue to email Ms. Irrum asking her to refund everyone on scambook.com's money.
