When I ordered the free trial and when I called to cancel future shipments, I couldn't get through. They ask you for your 10 diget number and after you enter it, they just keep asking you to input it. I could never get through to cancel it. I finally found a way to cancel it online BUT by then, I was out $150. I am filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's office.
