purchased a spy pen from kijiji exculsive deals and paid for it through paypal and never received the item. Tried to email a [email protected] with no luck. Puchase was made in October 2012.I feel that kijiji should be responsible for this as they let this fraudulent seller advertise on the site and use the kijiji name
