Purchased product and had to speak w/ a representative that I could not understand. He took control of my PC and did not correct any issue. Was told to call back. I have contacted AMEX and cancelled the charge and blocked the company from charging my account in the future. This is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
