PUT BANK INFO IN TO A PAYDAY LOAN NEXT THING I OWE THE BANK THE ACCOUNTS IN MY WIFES NAME BUT I WAS THE ONE APPLYING FOR THE LOAN SO MY WIFE LOOKED ON LINE AND THERES A BANK CHECK WITH MY NAME EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT EVEN MY ACCOUNT HOW COULD EVEN THE BANK MAKE A CHECK OUT IN MY NAME WHEN THE ACCOUNT IS IN MY WIFES NAME ??/ THEY GOT 89.00 PLUS AN OVER DRAFT FEE CAUSE THERE WASNT EVEN 89.00 AND THE BANK CHARGED 37.00 FOR THE OVER DRAFT FEE FOR A TOTAL OF 126.00 AND ALSO WE DONT EVEN HAVE ANY CHECKS JUST BANK CARD

- i had the same thing happen- I had a check made out for them as well.. i had the 89.00 plus and overdraft fee of 22.00 then somehow $0.07 was taken out causing an overdraft of 37.50... I am now $170.00 in the hole!
