Hydra Fund put money in my account that I did not ask for or agree to. Before I new it, they were taking out interest payments and put my account in the negative state. Now i have to close my accounts and am being threatened by law suits from some Sydney Moore person who wants to serve me papers.
She never leaves a call back number and I can't reach Hydra Fund either. I applied for a Pay Day loan and was accepted by Star Cash Processing ,did buisness with them and have a contract with them, not Hydra Fund III
I'm living paycheck to paycheck and not being able to afford a lawyer, it looks like I will have to pay back the money... Guess it's just a learning experience and I will have to deal with it... Sure wish there were stiffer laws with regards to online loans, but it is what it is...
