Apparently since I had been on Disability for 8 years (Multiple Sclerosis and a Stroke) and just recently switched to Social Security, they found me, took it upon themselved to bill.me without my knowledge and as soon as I saw the charge to be Account on 3/16/2012 I called their number, canceled it,and was told in both April and May that the check was on the way and that it had been cancelled. In June I could not get through to them, and the same in July, August, etc. I just received a new copy of the elecronic check posted to my account a few days ago as I had thrown the old copy away since I had been promised twice that the money was coming.

Since then, due to an 11+ year layoff as a Sr Software Engineer (actually 10 days after 9/11/2001), I was forced into a VERY tight budget and their charge has resultted in over $1,500.00 in overdraft fees, late fees, multiple payday loans, etc. Can you help me? My wife just went on Medicare this month due to her age after not even having Hospitalization for at least 5 years, I at least am wth the local VA Hospital due to my military service. The promises of a refund were many and I tried to work with what they said, getting further and further into debt. I even almost lost my Mobile Home due to this charge and still have a lot of people bugging me constantly for payment. THAT charge started a massive stack of dominoes to begin falling and where it will stop is any one's guess at this point.

I was unable to enter any date prior to December!
