prizes came up. I selected the collagenta and it asked for my credit card no to pay freight and lo and behold they charged me for the cream too

- Contact them via email at [email protected]. COntact your bank and dispute the charges. Confirm shipping or lack of via Fed Ex. Demand a refund. I emailed the Federal Trade Commission. If enough of us fight this, maybe they will stop scamming people.
