I received a phone call from this company saying that I entered a contest and saying that I won. I spoke with the first lady who described to me the details of the package which includes trips to Orlando, Florida, Cancun, Daytona Beach, and they threw in another additional trip. I was hesitant and asked where were the additional charges and she said their weren't any etc and so I listened some more and she directed me to a travel agent. They sounded very believable so far because I remember I did enter a competition for a trip recently and so I thought why not hear them out. So I was directed to another lady and she has all my info - my name, my email address, my date of birth etc and she said she knew my credit card number started with a 4 and asked me to tell her the rest of the numbers. I told her I was hesitant in giving her my information and asked to see paper documentation online or by mail. She kept saying that she needed the number for visa verification or something like that and she was VERY pushy and persistent. Being the idiot I am, I gave her my credit card number to which she talked more about the trip and so on. Then she asked me to confirm this number and by that time I was really hesitant and said I didn't want to go through with this anymore and then she said sorry it's non-refundable. She had the nerve to say at the end that it was a pleasure working with me and hung up without me saying anything in return.

  • Hi, I got the exact same phone call and I'm in the same situation.. Customer service was very rude and told me to call back whenever I'm ready to travel. I asked for my money back and the woman accused me of consumer fraud. Did you reach a resolution?

  • Yes True, the customer service is very very very rude. She told me the same thing, whenever you booked and ready to travel call us. There are so many complaints on this company, I dont know how we can report it as a fraud to get refund.
