yes i paid the above costs as i was told it a aministration charge which would only be taken on completion of loan,, 3 days later i recieved there letter. it seems that i had been asseessed and accepted for the loan but there was some basic infromation required,,i followed the instructions to that letter but there was no site into which to add this infromation also contacting them by phone was simply impossible why give a ref number 74198561,, beause they say its important to be honest giving false infro is also illegal, who is being dishonest i now know that answer it called fraud charles holmes
