There was a charge in the amount of $9.99 to our bank checking account dated 12/22/2012. We have never had communications with this company, never authorized any service nor service payment. I repeat never, never, never authorized such a charge. I will notify my bank on Monday to deny any future charge. Please advise what action we can take.
