I called to order a 3 month supply of Retoxor after hearing a radio add. When they had taken my CC info and processed payment, they told me the total was $339.99. I said no way, I only wanted a 3 month supply but the girl on the phone said I ok'd a year supply somewhere during her long sales pitch, and it was too late to change this. I asked for a manager and this man told me it was also too late to change this but if I didn't want the product, I could return it for a refund. I tried the product for the 60 day trial and then returned all remaining unopened bottles, which they received in August. I have called several times to see where my refund is, and on the first call, found out I was only getting a 25% refund on a order I did not place. It is now Almost January, and I still have not received a refund of any amount, and have placed several calls. This company is a scam and I think I want to file a regulatory complaint against them in order to receive my money back and prevent any further scamming by this company.
