I ordered 2 pair of shoes. They were never delivered and I was charged twice. I didn't follow up because I had ordered a pair of shoes from DSW at the same time which i received so when the other shoes didn't come I thought that I must be confused & never placed the other order. But the charge showed up on my master card. My husband pays it so I didn't discover the charge until 12/22/12. I used paypal. I never received a receipt from the company. I emailed janzuppardose@gmail and never got a response. I now see that there are a lot of complaints on the web about the same company.
