Regular unauthorised thefts from account on set dates twice a month for last twelve month period,the fact Microsoft do not have a simple way of stopping this on the games console leads me to think they are party to this big SCAM,a simple de- selection of account details would help instead of having to be put on hold for 50 minutes when trying to contact microsoft
