On or about 4/10/2012, I submitted an aplication for a pay advance directly to a company called BlueStarreults in the amount of $200.00. At that time, I was subsequently charged $45.00 by Loan Tree. I contacted Bluestarresults about this additional charge. They stated to me that they had no agreement with Bluesstarresults and were not aware of any third parties to debit my account. I called Loan Tree about this matter and was told that my funds would credited back to my account. I have been constantly calling Loan Tree since April 2012 to this point. I keep getting the same response from there customer service reps, that my account will be credited, unfortunately this has'nt happened as of this day. (12/27/12).
