I ordered, online, a 30-day trial of the fat burner and natural cleanse that I saw advertised/endorsed by both Rachel Ray and Dr. Oz. Although I did receive the trial bottles, for the advertised $4.95 each, they also charged me $1.99 each for shipping which was not reflected on my online order.

Yesterday, I got a phone call from their "confirmation department", trying to sell me an online trainer service for $19.95. He was very pushy, talked very fast and very slick. Before we hung up, I said, "to be clear, since you said so much so quickly I want to be sure we understand each other...I am not authorizing any further charges on my credit card." He replied, "well, you said okay". I told him I in no way said "okay" to charges.

SO, today I checked them out on this site and saw the alarming posts about the fraudulent charges and I called them. They said when I placed the online order I agreed to join a membership club and had to call to cancel or I'd get other charges/products. I told them I had the internet order in my hand, which I did, and that no where on it did it say this and I in no way signed up for a membership, not authorizing further charges and do not want the product. She tried to prevent me from cancelling, but eventually did and gave me an authorization number.

BEWARE & SHAME ON RACHEL RAY & DR. OZ FOR PROMOTING A DISHONEST COMPANY LIKE THIS. I'LL THINK TWICE BEFORE BELIEVING THEM AGAIN.
