I saw the commercial for the Forever Comfy Cushion being advertized for $19.95 plus the cost of shipping and handling. In the advertizement it stated that all purchases qualify for a second comfy cushion free of charge. When I checked my account this morning I was devistated to know that this company had taken $114.70 out of my account. I immediately contacted the customer service number 1-877-884-6231 and 1-866-304-4271 in reference to this bogus charge. I expressed my concern of the misleading and false advertizement and requested a full refund and to cancel the order. The representative stated the order had already been shipped and that I would not receive a refund untill 3 to 5 business days! I will NOT EVER order from this company again!!!!!!! I should have known when I called to place the order it was ALL automated and tried to sell you EVERYTHING other than what you called for... WHAT A BETTER WAY TO SCAM PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY!!!!! Expecially a single mother with two children to support or anyone for that matter!Being on a budget and now I have to worry about my having xtra money untill this company decides to give it back and it was not theirs to take in the first place. How wrong is that? I am going to report this to the BBB. People need to know what type of business this company really offers.
