I bought a Ematic Xtab7" Android tablet for my daughter for Christmas. She opened it on Christmas Eve and the screen is cracked. I would like the return it for a good one. I asked for a RMA so I can return asap, got an email back saying someone would be in contact within 48 hrs. nothing. I believe this is fraudulent company. I would not recommend this company.
