This company is so dishonest it should be shut down. I have filed a complanit with both the NY & TX attoney general offices. I ordered a nikon camera on 12/2/2012 and received confirmation that it would ship within 10 days. After 10 days tried to call, phones said they were out of order. I emailed and recieved reply to call during working hours. I called back next day, spoke with sales person said they didnt have camera in stock. I cancelled order. Went to review website and rated them negitively. Next day i received call from sales manager Rob. Who said was a big misunderstanding. That if i would reverse rating he would ensure camera would be overnight within 24 hrs. I changed my review and received UPS tracking number and RJRitchies charged my credit card. For over a week the tracking number only showed that a lable had been printed but no package was every recieved by UPS. I tried to revise my review to negitive and review website only allows one update apparently Rob knew this. I called and email to again cancel my order, all withourpt success. After i disputed charges with my credit card company AJR, informed them that they were shipping camera right away. I again receive a UPS tracking number, this time package showed it was picked up. (This was to be a Christmas present the date is now 12/26.) On 12/28 UPS arrives to deliver package. When the UPS driver hands me the express box it felt empty, the package still had orginal seal. While the UPS driver waited i got out a mail scale and weighed the box it weighted less than 6 oz. It appears they had shipped a empty box in hopes i would sign and they would now have proof of delivery. Without opening package i refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Company. I have forward all the corresspondence including pictures of the empty UPS box onto the Texas AG office. If this has happened to you i highly recommend you file a complaint with the NY AG office.
