I got an email from www.holidayphoneloan.com that I was approved for a $1500.00 cash advanced payday loan for a $39.00 fee plus a $19.95 charge membership fee per month, when I finished filling out the application I got a phone call from an Indian specking man telling me that I was approved for the $1500.00 cash advance loan after reviewing my application over the phone & he explained that there would be a $39.00 plus a $19.95 membership fee per month, he said to check my email for a confirmation email explaining everything in black & white, I never received any such email! I have contacted my bank to be aware of any activities that have anything to do with this company & that this is fraudulent.

- That is what they told me too but I didn't authorize them to take the money but they took $89 instead of the 39. Now I'm overdrawn. I will suit this compay if it is the last thing I do. I have already reported them the BBB.

Now I'm getting all kinds of emails & phone calls on my cell phone from all different website addresses & all different phone numbers stating that I've been approved for a payday loan but my application is incomplete, when I tell them that I'm not interested & that they are a fraud & scam they hang right up on me! I wrote down every phone number that they have called me from & every email address that they tried to contact me from! I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office in Massachusetts.
