We have a Latino Store and contacted Enrique at Quirates to buy some ( Original Colombian Women's Pants ). He said that he had what we wanted "the real thing". So we made an agreement to purchase 48 specially selected pants for us according to the style and sizes that we were looking for. He explained that to make a selection like this would cost more and I agreed again. My co-worker and I ask him many times if they are the real Colombian pants that are made in Colombia and not copies, he repeatedly said that they were originals, made in Colombia and not the cheap copies from China that other people sale. Then after making our final selection I tried to use my credit card to pay but he refused and said that they wanted to be paid by our company check and that they would send it COD by FedEx. I thought that that was a little odd but agreed. Later he called and ask for a copy of our check to be e-mailed to them. I ask why? He said that it is only to register all of our company information. That they already had!I ask why again and was told that he was not sure but that the manager insisted on a copy for thier records and we must pay FedEx when the order arrived COD. I wanted to inspect the clothes before paying with a check so then I liked the idea of COD. Well the same day they made a copy of my check and fabricated a copy of the back side of the check and cash it. THE SAME DAY. As you may already think, when the pants arrived they were not what we ordered. The pants were dirty, some have holes in them or other defects, most of them the tags that say where they were made had been cut out and they were not the sizes or the styles that we ordered. Only 3 or 4 pair had the tags and they were made in China not Colombia and the quality is very very poor. I paid $906.00 for 48 pairs of pants that are seconds,damaged,dirty, sizes that we can not use and copies. We called many times and it appears that all of the employees are also robbers. They have not refunded my money. They all are liars.
I could say alot more but I think that you understand. After seaching more in the internet it appears that this is a regular practice for them.
