I applied for a payday loan and gave my banking information to the loan company,I thought. I did not get a loan nor did I hear from a loan company. I thought the loan did not go through.In about 7-10 days my bank account was drafted for $89.00 plus an overdraft fee of $25.00.I contacted the company at(818-528-4502) and made sure the account was cancelled on 1/7/13 and asked about the return of my $89.00. Katie,the representative,told me that I would have to go online,print form,fill it out,fax it in to(818-487-0634) along with my bank statement to see if I am eligible to get my $89.00 back.I went to the website and could not find any link to pull up form.I tried calling the company back on several ocassions within 15 minutes of 1st call and could not get through to a representative.
