I just want to follow-up my order placed last Sept. 25, 2012 with order # 3152108. After waiting for 21 business days, my order didn't arrive. I'm trying to contact them but customer service is always busy and they don't have email address to be contacted. Because of this I requested to reship my order and they reship it dated Nov. 19, 2012 with ref#3173601. I waited again for 21 business days and until now it is not yet delivered. I've been trying to email them in [email protected] but my email bounced back. I called them so many times but all customers service are busy to answer my call. Hope you could help me to track where's my order exactly because there's no tracking # available on the website, only status that it was shipped.
