A lady appearing to be 'Lilian Cowart' is trying to lure in 'possible roommates for $600 a month in her San Francisco home that she claims she owns. She claims to be an enginner for the Shell Petroleum Company and is apparently a 27 year old christian. Her excuse for not showing her identity is that she is in Manila, Philippines, on research involving galoc crude oil. Without any form of social media, she claims to trust ANYONE that is interested in her home to rent out a room in her house.
