Received the Infrared Heater. #1, received black cabinet but ordered oak. Remote control buttons did not function, would stick when pressed. Fan did not work, never came on. Unit would shut down on the high and low settings. Warranty was fraudulent; in that, warranty states it does not cover heating elements and remote control. Warranty is just a piece of paper, not worth the paper it was written on. FRAUD, FRAUD SCAM. Stay away form the OMEGASTORES period!

- This customer has actually purchased a heater from an other company and he was trying to get it fixed by us for free because he thought that he was entitled to it.
