I checked my checking account today, and I saw this 89.00 withdrawal and I did not recognize the company. I called and talked to the most ignorant person I ever encountered in my life. She had my social security number, email, etc and said that I authorized it. When I said I did not authorize it and I want what
ever it was they had ( which by the way she did not tell me when I asked) and there was so much noise on the line and she said it was me. I demanded my 89.00 to be refunded and she tole me I had 5 days in which I had to mail a copy of my checking acct and so many other things that she had in her hand and I did not authorized,and when I tried to explain she hung up on me. Then they gave me an email address which is not their email address but their website.
