I recieved a phone call from a heavily accented man saying three lawsuits had been file against me and i was to be arrested at work and brought to court. as i asked questions the man grew more angry and was yelling at me in a threatening manner to shut up and listen to him i was to call the number back from my caller id and ask for kevin peterson when i did i was told once again i had lawsuits brought against me again i asked questions and he hung on me telling me i could settle it in court. i have repoted him and have found much information about him and his dummy lawyers office they still continue to call my home even though i have told them they have been reported how can i stop them?
I am suing for 5000.00 dollors for the harrasment, intimidation and threats made against me.because i have a medical condition this has had a very negative effect on my health and since the call have been coming steadily sometimes 10 to 15 a day (before the threatening call) and since i had told them every time i was not interested and asked to be removed from the list and hung up on them i had to resort to not answering my own phone!!!!! these people do no quit. Please help me stop them
