The first time I dare to ordered from online clothing shop, only to find that I was totally scammed. I ordered a dress from karen-millen-outletonline.com because I need a dress urgently, dont have the time to go shopping and I TRUST Karen Millen brand, the original Karen Millen have good quality product and perfect size for me. At that time, I dont know that there were so many Karen Millen counterfeit. The company looks legit, operating from UK. So surprised and dissapointed when I received the dress. Very poor quality, the cut is horrible, the dress doesn't even have a Karen Millen tag or label. It is unusable. When I tried to get it returned and refunded, my emails not being replied promptly, not in proper english and they always gave excuses (saying returning the dress is very expensive and will try to give the best discount). NOT HAPPENING. The company appears to be from China instead of UK, delivery address is from China, my CC got charged from unknown company in China. A lot of KM counterfeit use similar MO with different web address. Be Careful.
