I am a 61yo woman. I purchase my car from Mazda Gallery in 2006; This is the only place I use for service (except oil changes). I know it cost a
little more, but I want my car to last longer I can't afford to buy a new car. In April(2012) I went to get my brakes done and had to return 3 times, with in 2 weeks, with a problem I never experience(engine light) each time they charge me until i spent $998. In November I went for my 90 thousand mile service, it cost $650, it was suppose to be done in 4 hours. That time passed (no call). I called Victor Claudio (12pm), he stated 1 more hour. basically they did everything to my car that came with the 90,000 mile service, but did not notice, my tire arms, until they attempted to give me an alighnment. Please request my report from the better business Bureau. it is more detailed, but I just feel used at the moment. that problem was $700 more (they discovered this at 3pm). I want to let this go, but I feel like I am being taken advantage of. They discovered this after my car was there from 8am(?). I pick my car up at 5. made a Claim, to BBB(ID#9332098) and Mazda did not respond. I was told to contact your department.
I just want this investigated. I need to go for service and I do not want to be victimized again. Please help me.
