I authorized a $1.00 fee for an online birth record. When I never received it I checked the activity on my Visa and found an additional charge of $19.95 for a vehicle history report that I didNOT authorize. When I started to research it I called the number on my statement. I was told my account was cancelled and I would be reimbursed. I've contacted them TWICE and was told BOTH times that they cancelled my account & I would be reimbursed. Yet nothing has happened.
