Many times I have asked for proof the scooter is legally able to be registered in CA, to date they have not provided any proof. Everytime I ask their reply is "We wouldnt sell you one if it wasnt". I have complaints about them and their deceptive practices, they just keep giving me the runaround but never once supplying me with proof the scooter can be legally registered in CA. I had a shouting match with one of their salespeople (Conor) who told me they were tired of me asking them about the scooter and the legality of Ca registration. I then requested for the 8th time to cancel this transaction, he said he didnt want to and that they were going to fight me if I wanted to do a chargeback on my payment to them. This company is really something else. Initially I gave them a 200.00 down payment, when I spoke to the Salesman (Al) he never told me the Layaway payment was non-refundable, when the receipt was emailed to me after deduction from my bank account of the 200.00, there it was "Non refundable layaway payment". I then asked many time why wasnt I told this upfront, everytime I asked they would end the chat. This company is a big fraud and is misrepresenting their product as California legal when in fact it isnt or just wont provide me with proof it is. I have sent countless emails to them, 99% are not answered.
