I am also having trouble dealing with this knock-off watch company. I received the watch and there is no way to change the date, and the band seperated from the watch because the clasp is so tight. Within a couple of days the watch stopped running completely. The company first requested a photo- which I provided- and subsequestly they requested a video- which I also provided.
I have been asking for my money back, to no avail, and have even offered to mail the defective watch back, but the company has not responded with an address. Can somebody please help?
