I purchased a voucher for an item. I received confirmation of purchase emails, as well as confirmation of delivery emails. The product never arrived and I've received no response to any of the several emails to customer service that I've delivered.

- Jen, I have dealt with Tippr before. As I see it, Tippr sends voucher numbers which you then redeem at the actual vendors' sites. Did you do this? To the best of my knowledge, Tippr does not send out anything - the product must be ordered through the vendor for whom the voucher applies...I also agree that Tippr has zero customer service...

Hi Jeffrey - Thanks for commenting. In my experience, I've mostly seen the same but in this case the instructions claimed that this was voucher free. The deal was that after the time of purchase the request would be submitted to the dealer and it would arrive so many weeks later.
At this point I've still only received part of the purchase; assuming they would have arrived together.
