I have purchased items (clothing) from Singapore based online website company www.vividoll.com (Singapore Business Registration No: 53212242M) on the Nov 24th 2012, value amounting to S$116.40 (US$94.07).
I have payed for the items through Internet Bank transfer. from my UOB account to their POSB account, on 24th Nov, 2:24pm with the transaction reference No. of 1211240302175429
The payment cleared within 3 working days. I have consistently been in contact with them about my payment information, providing them with all the info needed to process my order and send the items.
I have opted for and payed for it to be sent by Express Delivery with tracking ID.

However they responded days later 1st of Dec saying that the funds were rejected by bank. I wrote them back right away that it could not be so, and sent them the copy of the transaction receipt and screenshot of the successful transaction.
They replied 29th Dec, saying " your payment was well-recieved, The order will be sent out next week."

I did not hear form them again until 17th Jan, saying
"Your order is mailed out via normal mail at SINGPOST on 17 January 2013.You should be expecting your items within one working week. We will not be responsible for lost mails for normal mails only.Please clear your mailbox"
Firstly I have payed for it to be sent through Registered Express Delivery with tracking ID, however they have chosen to (or pretend to) send it to me by Normal Mail that has no tracking ID, therefore I could not know for sure if they even sent it.
Days past, and now 1st Feb. I have not yet received any parcel from them. I have tried contacting them to no avail. They are simply ignoring my messages. I believe I am not alone in this scam, and I am considering reporting this case to the Singapore's Commercial Affairs Department.

  • Hi, have you received your items/refund yet? Its my first time purchasing from them and I have not received my refund for an item i purchased that's out of stock. I saw a number of complaints on different blogs/forum about them and I'm thinking of gathering people to file a report against them to warn the public. Please let me know if you would consider reporting them together with me.
