I went into my pc to the optimizer pro screen.I authorized 1 program for the amount of 34.95 and said no thanks to the upgrade and it gave it to me anyway.I calle the number and talked to the tech support and they sent me to this web site.I then was charged 54.95 four times on my account.With no avail after speaking to the company 5 times and asking to remove the charges.Now I have to report this to my bank and dispute the charges.I am very upset with this company as they have caused me so many troubles.I simpley am just asking to refund the charges that were posted to my account.I only have 1 computer so why would I authorize a progranm 4 times.Would you please do what is ask of you?
