Have a loan with Insta Loan and I am behind one month because of financial difficulties and I have told this company. I let them know that as soon as I can I will get them a payment. The first thing with this company was when I signed the contract they had me paying insurance on the loan with my car in case something happened to the car. When I called my insurance company they told me that it was against the law to have two insurance companies as if something did happen you could only collect from one company. The policy was something like $290. Then I got behind on a payment and they have come to my house several times. I have told them that i did not want them coming to my house and they continue to do so. Also they have called all my references several times and have called my work several times. The gentleman stated is because I don't answer their calls. I don't answer their calls because I have told them that I don't have the payment right now and they call everyday several times a day. This is harrassment and I have told them so and they stated no it isn't.
