Received demand for $3,497.13 or commence of civil action against my husband...He's been disabled mentally/physically from diabetes, brain damage strokes & kidney failure since 2007. I'm his Power of Attorney & wife. We've never heard of this company & my husband never leased any equipment from anyone ever, what kind of equipment anyways??? We're not gonna fall for mailing out money to this New York address. I demand this company seize from harrassing innocent people and Pushpin Holdings LLC should be charged for their freudulant attempts.
Update: 02/12/2013
In addition to apology from Pushpin, they must send us formal letter stating $0.00 due. Additionally to recognize, if this charge were valid, SOL for AZ is 6 years and it's been 6 years since my husband became disabled.
