Ordered 2 32gb HP touchpad tablets from this web site that claimed to have them on order. They took money for preorder and claimed the tablets would ship august 30th.
The items did not ship. The order was removed from their web site's account page around september 10th.
Since then i have filed claims with paypal and am going to file a fraud report with the US internet crime agency at www.ic3.gov.
The company claims to be out of Lockport, NY. Specifically 331 Market St, Lockport, NY, 14094 according to trustguard security.
I recommend that anyone who tried to purchase these pre order tablets file a report with with ic3.gov and attempt to recover their lost funds by filing a claim with their payment method (paypal or google checkout, etc)
www.rohold.com is the web address for the fraudulent web site. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE or give them any of your personal information.

- I just found out that Google Checkout refunded my credit card for 199.00. My dispute is over. Those people who are still waiting take some action against the scammers.

This is Anthony Robisch. I understand you have had problems with a website that has my last name and for that I am sorry. However, I do not appreciate the accusations made about me. I am not saying what was done to you or anyone else included in this problem was right but because one family member made a poor decision it is not right for you to look up the whole family and make judgements on people you do not know. As far as your under educated comment that is inaccurate. Most of my family are highly educated people. Now as far as you recieving an e-mail signed by me is troubling for the fact I have never responded to anyone for a company named Robisch Holdings. I was told about this situation from a friend who searched my name on google. Now again not something I want associated with my name for I am a hard working person who has not lived in New York for the past 4 years. I live in PA. You talk about under educated people but an educated person would have never tried to ruin the reputations of a businesses family members. I do understand you and from what I read many others are upset and I am sorry. But I have never nor do I now have any connections with a company named Robisch Holdings! I am a middle class worker in Northeast PA and you calling me a scam artist or along those lines bothered me because I work very hard at what I have. -
