I made a reservation on line for one way ticket from Dallas to Geneva Switzerland for 02/17/2013, then I got a phone call from one of the air ticket reps with a heavy accent in broken English for confirmation on a flight for 02/17/2013 from Dallas. Then I got a confirmation email but I did not look at it until my departure day in the airport which was 02/17/2013. I went to the airport on time with my luggage to the desk and I was told this ticket was for 03/17/2013. I was in shock and I called the travel agent he told me you made the reservation on line for mar/17 and I did not I was very sure for feb/17 not march/17. He acknowledged that I made an attempt to reserve a flight for 2/17 , but that the actual flight reservation it was not an attempt , The rep did not acknowledge that they made a mistake with the confirmation date . Now they want to charge me $2000.00 to change my flight to a different date I cannot afford to pay that money and I am unable to travel no refund , please I need your help
