I purchased a deal in November through Wowcher for £89 for 6 sessions of IPL treatments at Atelier M . I have only had two sessions done, and in the middle of treatment sessions, got an email from Wowcher that I can’t redeem my voucher anymore. The salon had only been opened since June 2012 the Company registration number is 08096050. After investigating from the neighboring shop owners, it has been closed about 3 weeks now. This salon owner had been cheated the customers with offers for top up sessions and extra areas to be treated by paying extra money to them. For example I paid £89 to Wowcher and at the Salon £215 for extra area to be treated. Wowcher has been kind enough to pay me £89 back. I need now to recover the extra £215 I paid at Salon, please see the receipt attached. I am not sure if this is planned fraud or of it’s due to insufficient profits in the business. But definitely the owner has to refund my money back.
