I purchased software dell windows 7 OEM 64bit, was never sent and never received. Used credit card to make the purchase. The websites contact info and location goes to a random shopping center - (no location). I called their phone and it seemed legit but it has been a week and I have not recieved my purchase I sellected 1st class shipping.
