Shauna Jackson from Yp keeps calling the office to say we are 120days past due on our acct. Keeps talking to the recepitonist and harrassing her. Wont provide info who authorized this in Oct 2012. Finally says who did but only after she obtained the receptionist names. Claims they have been sending statements for the past few months. We never authorized this and now we are asking for the transcript and still have not heard from her via email but she has called now asking to speak to the owner. They mislead people and get people when they know the office is busy. SCAM ALL THE WAY!!!!
