International boundaries
Ordered as free trial. On receipt realised £75 per month would be taken from my account. Phoned number given immediately, unable to get return information. Went to website and cancelled. Cancellation confirmed, but informed the money would be taken. Emailed address given to explain well within 14days and wished to return goods. No response. The money was indeed taken. The following month (March) more keytone arrived and money taken despite website saying cancellation in force. Had to involve my bank to stop any access to my account and change my debit card.
